by Campbell Sharp

Company principle.

Management Policy.

1. Always proceed with ambition and youthfulness.
2. Respect sound theory, develop fresh ideas, and make the most effective use of time.
3. Enjoy your work and always brighten your work atmosphere.
4. Strive for harmonious work flow.
5. Be ever mindful of the value of research and endeavour.

I picked these bits up out of the book "Arrogance and Accords.  The inside story of the Honda Scandal".  The book covers some very unethical dealings that occurred in American Honda during the '70's, '80's and early '90's.  It is a very interesting book which gives an insight into the motor industry as it explores the corruption in high places of the US division.

That aside, reread the principle and policy.  I think that we can all benefit from taking that policy and applying it to our own environments.  It also explains why our Hondas just always seem to be nicer cars (mowers, bikes, outboards, generators, pumps, robots,,,,,,).
